The Poughkeepsie Day School After School Program (the “After”) is available for children in preK through grade 6, and is open to the public. The After runs from 3:15 – 5:30 pm on full school days. Led by Spanish Teacher Christian Enrique Sauer, students attending the program enjoy a dynamic range of activities aimed at fostering creativity, critical thinking, and social interaction in a bilingual, art-focused setting. Time and space are provided for older children to do homework after they have had a chance to unwind. Children should bring a nutritious snack from home to enjoy during After. They can look forward to baking projects, rainy day movies in the theater, special event-themed activities scheduled throughout the year, and more. Sign up below!

Specific Day(s) – OctoberOctober 1, 2026 – October 30, 2026 : Weekdays : 3:15 PM – 5:30 PM Sign your child up for a day or days of After in October. $27.00 per day. Only a $10.00 charge for a day of After if your child is enrolled in a PDS enrichment class* or taking a PDS music lesson that day. *If your child is attending an enrichment class, you can sign up for After during registration for said class. You do not need to also register here. |
