Donate your used books (gently used children’s books, cookbooks, thrillers, fiction, non-fiction, books that you had to read for work, etc.) to the PDS Parents Association. You can drop them off at the school near the gym doors between now and May 3rd. The Parents Association will organize the books and hold a USED BOOK FAIR on May 4-5.
Over the years, parents and students have enjoyed the Used Book Fair for several reasons:
· You never know who you will run into at the fair – it is a great chance to reconnect with our PDS community· The deals can’t be beat and you can “recycle” books that you no longer need· Fruit smoothies, anyone? Nutritious and delicious – need we say more?
The Used Book Fair is a great program because it supports two important PDS PA goals: building a sense of community and enabling the PA to support the Faculty Grant program. Start boxing those books today. Questions? Contact: lisarkaul@gmail.com
