The Strategic Plan 2007-2010 marks the first stage of Vision 2020, a 13-year arc of detailed, sustainable growth for the school. Approved by the PDS board of trustees in January 2007, it boldly addresses issues that challenge our commitment to fulfill our mission and vision. It radiates from and, in all  aspects, is guided by the mission, vision and values of the school.

The plan identifies 19 goals in the following seven broad areas: buildings and grounds; community; educational program; enrollment and marketing; faculty, staff and administration; finance and development; and governance.

These goals address all facets of the school including commitments to diversity, sustainability, growth and an exceptional educational program. The strategic plan includes recommended implementation strategies, both short- and long-term, to meet each goal.
